Our Privacy Principles

We only collect information that's essential for our service to function. If we don't absolutely need it, we don't collect it.
2. Transparent Collection
When we do need to collect information, we clearly explain what we're collecting and why.
3. Limited Data Retention
We automatically delete data that's no longer needed. Our monitoring data and backups are kept for a maximum of three months.
Information We Collect
Essential Information
- Email address (required for account access and critical service notifications)
- Name (optional, used for personalizing your dashboard)
- URLs and API endpoints you want to monitor (required for the monitoring service)
Payment Information
For paid plans, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your payment information on our servers.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary for our service to function:
- Authentication cookie (to keep you logged in)
- Session cookie (to maintain your dashboard state)
Data Access and Control
You can:
- Access your data through your dashboard
- Export your monitoring data at any time
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you by emailing support@elitesentry.com

- Stripe for payment processing
- SendGrid for sending service notifications
